I'm streaming Scream now and it's playing just fine. I'm using the Paramount+ app with Sky Q.

The problem is only occuring for those with Sky+ boxes which have no streaming or app capability. Selected Paramount+ content can be downloaded to these boxes but the downloads are corrupted in this odd way. Someone at Sky needs to do some QC on those files.

Still happening in late August - I assumed it'd be a short term 'teething' bug with the new Paramount service.
All movies downloaded from Paramount skip to end of film about 10 mins in, then back to that point after the credits. Weird/frustrating.
Didnt happen with the series 1883 fwiw.

(On Sky+ BTW)

I suppose the reason those with Sky+ cannot get a streaming account is that Sky cannot guarentee they'll be able to stream to the TV. Not all TVs have the app available. There is no app for LG TVs (no idea why).

Well surely access to a streaming account would allow acces via a laptop or tablet.
I note also that the paramount plus content isn't available via sky go for sky +users.

A laptiop has access to the Paramount+ website and tablets have access to the Paramount+ app.
But the issue it twofold.
1. Sky wants to make sure you can watch Paramount+ on your TV.
2. Sky wants you to upgrade to Sky Q.

As posted elsewhere, still a problem November 19th 2022.
This does seem to be a technical problem Sky woud prefer not to fix if you can upgrade instead.
In our household we've got 3 x 2TB Sky HD+ boxes - all quite active. No one wants the centralised Sky Q, which would share content and seriously limit storage space when compared to our current solution. For what we pay, Sky really is becoming a luxury that needs reviewing.

Has the same thing with Pulp Fiction & Little Fockers, the scenes were all over the place the end credits came up after 30 mins then the film continued afterwards, very strange.

These two as well as Scream, that you mention in your original post? They're individually prepared.

Still a problem for Pararmount+ movies on Sky+HD boxes (TV series OK) - literally across the board on the movies. Whevever I've reported, it's got nowhere. @Mark39 you got a link for Viewer Relations? Thanks
