@Dinosaur1  Your other thread referring toi a Sky Cable box (no idea what that is) in the Sky Glass forum (no idea why you posted in there as your query seems to be unrelated to Sky Glass)  has been removed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
