I can't locate Wolf Hall series 2 episode 2 on the Sky catch up index. Am I alone?

They insist it's available. I've checked on two separate machines and sky go. Episode 3 is missing. No answer from Sky.

Take a photo of what you seen and send it to them in a reply to their email.

I can see the episode in question on a Sky+ box.
