Hi why is my disny + saying my email wrong when trying to log into it on my Xbox and it saying make a new account

First thought, have you checked that there are no errors, even silly ones like the letter O instead of number 0

 

Second, it is probably nothing to do with sky. Disney plus accounts are separate to sky accounts
