May have been trapped by one of the several forum filters for some reason. If so, it will be queued for review by one of the Community Managers tomorrow, and released if it's innocuous.

@Forinfostuff1  If you mean eginx then you actually replied to the very same question when it was merged with an existing thread discussing the same subject.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
