Why is the live football not displaying HDR only UHD

I have recently purchased a Sky Q HDR box and so far no live sport has displayed the HDR logo only UHD
My settings are correct on my box and TV.

Are Sky currently not broadcasting in HDR ?

Yes, sky sports main even UHD channel still broadcasts in UHD HDR.
the logo itself only says sky sports UHD though.
Also ensure in settings that it is set to 2160p 10bit.

@KJ56 I am assuming you got the box from Sky ?

and check it is a HDR capable box see here for which box is capable of HDR

and you have the setup as follows your resolution is set to 2160p and set to 10 bit

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Yes, check that you have indeed been provided with an HDR capable Q box. Sky have been known in the past to send out the wrong type of box, despite customers paying the upgrade fee.

Please be aware that you do not own the Q box - you have 'purchased' the loan of the box for the duration of your contract and will have to return it should you ever choose to leave Sky.

As @Daveyboy1234 the On screen Graphic (aka DOG) only shows as UHD - the Main Event UHD channel was initially called Sky Sports Main Event Ultra HDR with the DOG set accordingly  but that term is a nonsense as UHD & HDR are different & the channel is now just Sky Sports Main Event Ultra HD

If your box & TV are set up correctly then when you change to watch your TV probably will display info which shows HDR(HLG) & depending on your TV may be also shown in info (I get it on my Panasonic by pressing the TV remote's Info button)
