Why is Chicago Fire Series 12 not on Sky (except ep1) ?

Chicago Fie season 12 is not available on Sky. Why ?

As series 12 was the latest shown

each episode was on catchup for a month after each episode was broadcast. 

I would have thought series 12 will be added to boxsets prior to series 13 being broadcast whenever that happens which might be either later this year or next year.

That doesn't explain why the previous season of both Chicago PD and Med are available On Demand now (until 31st March 2027)

Season 12 has been on sky witness every weekday afternoon at 1pm or 2pm I recorded them but not letting me watch them for some reason? When I look on demand for it, it only shows season 11, confusing

What is happening, is it asking you to upgrade and if so do you have the HD package on your account ?
