Why am I getting an onscreen message 'To continue viewing please call Sky on[removed]?

I believe that's typically associated with the subscription payment not having been successfully collected.

I am getting the same message and my subscription is up to date. Spoke to Sky yesterday and the person I spoke to, couldn't understand so has sent me a new Sky box....
