Is this the offer you mean?

The promotion ends at the end of this month according to the t's and c's.

Re: Vue cinema tickets
Yes that's it. I was told I get 12 months free when I just recently signed up!

Never believe anything from a sales pitch. You need to get everything in writing. If you're not getting something you were promised then you can complain.
If the sales pitch was over the phone then Sky keep recordings of conversations so you can ask for it to be reviewed.

If you are a Sky Cinema customer who is not on a trial then go to the VIP section of the MySky app as you should then see the option to claim Septembers free tickets.

Unfortunately it was twelve months from when the promotion was launched, which was almost a year ago. 30th September 2024 was always the scheduled end-date, as noted in the press release at the time.

If the free ticket offer was a significant factor in your agreeing to the contract then I'd suggest you have a good case to lodge a complaint.

Re: Vue cinema tickets
Interestingly, the Vue Ts & Cs for this promotion (https://www.myvue.com/legal/terms-and-conditions#sky-cinema-terms-and-conditions) indicate an end date of 31 December 2025. This would be nice as I've been enjoying my free cinema tickets since last year. Fingers crossed new codes appear in October!

That would certainly seem to indicate the deal between Sky and Vue has been renewed then.
