VIP Platinum

Why does sky VIP have free films  that I surmise many valued customers have no interest in?  Is it a marketing strategy?

@Croc7

A few times a year Sky does a free VIP film promotion, if you have no interest in

whstever the free one is then fair enough there will probably be another one along in a few months time.

Could you be more specific?

Is this where you changed vip level or us it the occasional offers every so often of a free movie?

Bare in mind, Any free Vip offer is dependent on sky being able to obtain the permission with rights holders to make it available for free.

Not to be in anyway disregarding to anyone who benefits from the offers  and gifts but they always seem to be focused on Family and Sports.

Was your initial complaint about the pre-screenings in sky vip (currently dragonkeeper, the critic, 200% wolf)

Again, sky can only do what they've agreed with distributor. And then bare in mind, it won't be blockbusters (as to fears over piracy) and tickets are also now for the current three either 'waiting list' or 'more coming soon', then it seems that sky has no problem using their full allocation.
