How do I upgrade my Disney +

Sky tell me I have to upgrade via Disney and Disney are telling me I can only upgrade via sky

If you are billed via Sky, you need to upgrade via Sky.

1. Go to sky.com and login to your account.

2. Click on "Your Products"

3. Scroll down and click on "Manage content packs"

4. Click on "App Subscriptions"

5. Click the down arrow on the Disney Plus box and your upgrade options will appear.

6. Select the package you want to change to and click on "Buy Disney+...."

If you have the my sky app on your smartphone go into to it and select TV along the bottom, scroll to the bottom, select app subscriptions and it gives you option to upgrade to Disney plus standard which is without the adverts or premium which offers 4k I believe if you have a 4k tv.
