Updating issue

My screen is saying "updating system software, do not disconnect " It says it takes 10 mins but an hour later it's stoll doing it and no access to programmes. Any advice please. Thankyou

So your not seeing this on a Sky Q or Sky+ box, where are you seeing this message then? as it's highly unlikely to be related to Sky Broadband.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It was on the tv screen. I just have a sky HD box. Not sky q or glass. All sorted now. Thankyou for your help

In that case it is nothing to do with Sky +HD or Sky Broadband, it is a TV message.
