YET AGAIN PROBLEMS WITH WATCHING US OPEN TENNIS ON SKYSPORTS

DURING RUBLEV MATCH TONIGHT STARTED OFF FREEZING THEN JUST STOPPED SHOWING IT COMPLETELY. I DO NOT PAY THE EXTORTIANATE AMOUNT I PAY A MONTH TO WATCH IT ON MY PHONE EITHER, I PAY TO VIEW ON MY TV

WHAT IS GOING ON???? HAPPENED LAST NIGHT TUES TOO. 

PLEASE SORT IT OUT, WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE AND YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING IT.

Precisely, the same thing happened to me.

I was watching Medvedev's match two nights ago, and it just stopped with the final set to go, in addition to Rublev's match last night. 

Really is unbelievable, stopping a 5 set match before the most important set is to be played😡!

All these problems were reported when Sky first took on the tennis, it was a shambles then it still is. When I reported it, it was escalated and handed on to the relative departments.

We can't do anymore, they have been given ample warning to get it right before the last major......their just not bothered with anything apart from football.

Yes emailed 5 different Sky addresses to be replied with doing it a different way. Not had time to yet. They don't give a (Removed) as same issues last year. It is scandalous. Also nasty and cruel to stop showing the final set, just a (Removed)

@pepipopthankyou for emphasising, really I was sooo upset last night. (Removed) Just nasty and cruel 😢 I'm watching the 3 Brits back to back tonight, it surely cannot happen again tonight.... My poor son was trying to help me with no success. I ended up watching the few bits of Rublev 5th set on YouTube this morning as nothing available on Sky😢😢 How can they get away with this a second year running? I do not get it. 

I feel so disappointed with Sky customer service, they don't give a flying (Removed) about their loyal customers. I'm Platinum member, been with them years, I don't want a VIP present of a movie I just want to watch the tennis I've paid loads of money to them to watch 😢

@Panmat  just shocking and unforgivable, I'm still speechless the Rublev match disappeared last night in the 5th. Still not seen that set in full, had to watch bits on YouTube. 
Sky are taking money off us and not providing the promised service in return so there must be something can be done especially second year running. 
I'm praying I can watch the 3 Brits matches back to back tonight......

if any of the other ways you were emailed 'work', would you mind posting here?

Although, a bit of a bizarre way to manange a tv sports station.  Prime tennis was excellent, they showed match repeats daily, entire matches, etc... it's a pity they had to let the ATP tennis contract go.
