Just got uhd but it's on channel 858 sports and not 401 I thought it automatically, went to 401 does anybody know anything about it cheers

@Big+jeff Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
