Please could I have a reply as tv box not working as say no signal.

Try turning both off at the plug for 5 minutes. If it's still the same, check thay the cable between your Sky box and your TV is firmly pushed in at both ends, and check that your TV is switched to the correct input.

It just say no signal on the TV and all the Internet is all working fine green light just not the box for the TV.
