The mummy returns

The movie 'the mummy returns' on sky cinema plays for 5 minutes and then pauses and doesn't play. How do I resolve this?

What TV platform are you on, so Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

 

Are yoh able to see if the same happens with the SD version ?
