The Swarm Episode 1

Hi all, all episodes of The Swarm are available however episode 1 is showing as 1 minute long in every search I do.

What platform is this on, as I can also see the 1 minute episode when searching on Sky+ but can see 5 others at 53 minutes in length.

Im on SkyQ. The other episodes are fine and have downloaded but episode 1 is the problem.

Have you tried searching for the episode or used the Sky Go app to find these 5 that I can see when searching ?

I've downloaded the other 6 episodes fine on sky q. They are not the problem. It's episode 1 which is not uploaded as it is the trailer not the episode.

Looks like Sky have made a mistake.

The S1E1 via voice/manual search and via the On demand menus has the trailer available for download of 1m instead of e1.

E1 is available for recording tonight at 9am. This may wake up the On demand downloads and catch-up sections going forward.

Would suggest sending an email to  the Sky Viewer relations team to report this.

Hi there,

Sorry to hijack the the thread but ust went to download the episodes and i can only see 7 episodes to download for the full series. I checked wikipedia and that say the swarm has 8 episodes, therefore i think there is an episode missing to download, ahs anyone else got the same issue or is wikapedia wrong?, cheers

Not hijacking at all and I think the same that it is an 8 parter so there should be another episode to finish it. Unless we have to make up the beginning and end of course!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 

I have checked the Q box in the office and voice search brings up episode 1 showing 53 minutes long. Can you advise if episode 1 still shows as 1 minute long on your box and if so can you provide a photo of this too please.

Hi @Kirsty+S27 it now shows as 53 minutes and is downloading now. However this wasn't the case earlier as you can see from this thread.  Thanks for the update. 

The 8th episode is still not showing however?

yeah i have what looks like complete episodes 1-7 that i can download but there is no episode 8 that i can see, cheers

Thank you for your reply, I am glad episode 1 is now correctly showing. Regarding episode 8 the Q box here has this showing and available to download. 

Can you confirm your software version (HOME -> settings -> system info) your boxes are on please and also a photo of the episodes you see (missing episode 8).
