Just scrolled through Sky Help on Twitter and without surprise they have completely fobbed it off without worry!
I've been paying for HD content for almost 15 years and it's disgraceful they charge for it... charging for UHD HDR is also a p-take but I can see the money grab! At least give us the content they are charging us for 😡

Posted by a Sky employeeHello everyone, and if you're new here welcome to the Sky Community forum, where customers like you are on hand 24/7 (almost) to offer some fantastic advice and help on all things Sky-related.
We had some unforeseen technical issues that affected the processing of UHD content which meant there was a delay in making the UHD version of The Last of Us Episode 3 available to our customers. We apologise for this and have now been addressed the issues ahead of future releases and episodes.
With that being said, I've not watched episode 3 yet but what did we think of the episode, I've heard it's unrelated to the game?

Thank you for the explanation Chloe
Could I suggest that it would be better for that explanation to be available at the time, preferably with an on screen pop up saying there is a technical difficulty with the UDR version?
That would have saved me the best part of an hour trying to get it to work in front of friends who were waiting to see the UHD HDR version.
Sky just came across as amateurish and unreliable to all of them.

Hi Chloe,
I find this suspect considering the UHD one was available at bang on 11PM, after the standard and +1 had aired. It feels far more like Sky wanted more advert exposure.
Can you assure us this won't be the case going forward with the rest of the episodes and that the UHD version will be available to download all day?
Thanks

Thank you for the explanation Chloe, however this isn't the first time this has happened. The Batman wasn't available in UHD until late in the evening on the day of release, Spider-man No Way Home extended edition wasn't available in UHD for several days or longer after it was made available. This is a service we customers pay (quite a bit) for and quite frankly isn't good enough

Nope, your post is still there, minus the bits that don't comply with the forum rules.
