The Grand Tour on Prime app has very bad buffering.

When we tried watching The Grand Tour last night, it was impossible This is because of the buffering that happened every 10 to 20 seconds. We tried stopping and starting again, but the issue persisted. However, it does not happen with other programs of other apps like you tube. I have a video showing exactly how bad it was.

Have you rebooted the device hosting the Prime app? I presume it's either a Q box, Stream puck or Glass TV?

Did you try watching using the Prime App on your Smart TV?

The apps on Sky Q are there for convenience, not necessarily quality. They are limited in some respects, especially when compared with those built in to most modern smart TV's. Sky Q is technology from 2016 so it's getting pretty dated now. You can usually get a much smoother streaming experience by using apps on your TV or on a dedicated streaming device. 

Sky Q is an excellent satellite PVR, but has never been particularly good at streaming content from apps.
