Recently my TNT HD channel has stopped working, It says press red button to subscribe and when you press it it say you are already subscribed which I know I am.
TNT ultimate works fine it is just the HD channels that don't

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Did you see if they were moved to where the SD sports channels are? 868 I think? Mine did that, still there after raising with Sky and TNT, they accused each other but didn't fix it. It's a first world issue

Yeah the HD channels have moved to the 800s now but just says I need to subscribe then when u click subscribe it says you're already subscribed
