Subtitle styling is still broken on SkyShowTime. My experience:
- Web: The subtitle styling option in Account settings gives an error when saving, and has no effect.
- Web: The subtitle styling option during playback works, and persists over different sessions and different content.
- Android: No subtitle styling option available. Changes to the web styling do not affect the Android app.
- LG WebOS: No subtitle styling option available. Changes to the web styling do not affect the WebOS app.
I've just been in touch with SST support (twice), and they've acknowledged that this is a current issue. "Will pass it on to the relevant team," blah blah. In any case: don't bother trying to fix, we'll just have to wait for an update that fixes it.

@FlorisMK what country are you in?
This forum is for sky customers in uk & Ireland.
Sky showtime is a separate streaming app available in countries where Sky do not have their own operations.

Sky showtime is a separate streaming app available in countries where Sky do not have their own operations.

The main issue is none of us have actually seen Showtime because it's not available in countries which have Sky satellite service.

You can contact Sky Showtime in the Netherlands by:
Live Chat
Available from 11:00 to 23:00 (NL time) via the SkyShowtime Help-centre page.
During off hours, you can use the web-contact form instead.
Email
You can send them an email.
They aim to respond within 48 hours.
Via the Help Centre / Support Pages
Go to the SkyShowtime website, scroll to ‘Help’ / Helpcentrum (at bottom of page).
There are sections for different types of issues: login, billing, devices etc. If you can’t find what you need, there’s usually a “Contact us” link / option for live chat or message.
Mailing Address (for certain enquiries)
The Amsterdam office is listed for newsroom / media / corporate matters:

Thanks, I know. I've been in touch with them, and my post here was the result: a PSA about the current status. I just wasn't aware I was on the wrong forum 🙂

If this to do with Sky Showtime @Advigor then as per the posts above you are on the wrong website as this site is for Sky in the UK and Ireland.
