Why can't I get on Sky Live chat? I am trying to escalate a complaint and want to do it via Chat so that I can make a copy of all the replies

@Bean23 what do you mean by escalate a complaint? Have you made a complaint already?

Yes, and I was trying to follow it up but wanted to do it via Live Chat rather than a phone call so I had everything in writing. I managed to get on the Chat in the end, it finally became available!
