@mitch34 as this forum deals with Sky its not the best placecto enquire about Now TV which operates separately from Sky themselves but see this page https://www.nowtv.com/ie/help/article/what-are-boost-and-ultra-boost which explains how to watch UHD sport.

Perhaps note that everything on a 4K television is displayed  in 4K otherwise large parts of the screen would be empty.  Whether the data being received is native UHD is somewhat different.

Re: Sky TV through NOW

Thanks.

I worked it out. When you go to the Sports section (rather than the through the TV guide section), and scroll through the live and what's coming up info boxes, it tells you there. It doesn't display under the Sky Sports Logo, when you're actually watching the UHD program, as some have said (or maybe that's if you're only watching through Sky itself?).

What are you on about 😂. When I watch 1080p content and large parts of the screen isn't empty.
