An absolute joke. They've identified a problem in the app but are blaming my super fast broadband which isn't provided by sky. Utter rubbish

Unhappy because unable to watch Sheffield v Norwich game. Issue not resolved. You wouldn't get this problem if it was a Premier League game it would be sorted immediately because that's what all the corporate companies care about nowadays all with all the tv money they get. Yet I will still have to pay my Sky bill at the end of the month and didn't get to watch my team play in a real match and in a proper league. O well as long as my money each month keeps the top clubs afloat.👍

Problem is the sky sports red button accessing the games doesn't work. HS been down most of the evening. 

Very frustrating for a fan of a  championship team trying to watch their team....

I've got sky glass so same for sky stream customers. I refreshed my apps then went to "restart" device.

All working fine now. Hope this helps

How can sky say there may be an issue my end. I know there isn't. Also reading this forum I'm definitely no the only one. We can't all have the same problems. Just sky making excuses so they won't reimburse anything. 
I doubt they will reimburse anything anyway.
