That image is a preview header image that Channel 4 uses, rather than a specific image from an episode.

For example on the simpsons page on Channels 4's website header on the page.

There are 800 episode's so finding that exact image would be very tough

The animation style from the first couple of seasons is a lot lower quality.

The image to me does not look like it comes from a specific episode. It is often used in articles (like when the mirror had the inside scope it was going to end in 2019. How'd that inside scope work out?) And other things as placeholder image
