I have been trying to watch All her fault, the program stops on an advert before starting and it won't move. Then screen goes black and the process starts again

Hi @Confused30
Welcome to the Sky Community 🙂
A few questions....
- What equipment are you seeing this on? Sky+/Q/Glass or Stream
- What episode do you see it on?
- If you have skip ads, is it after using this button?
- Does a restart of the equipment help?

Re: Sky Atlantic: "All her fault" problem
Not sure what it's for, it starts with a couple in a car they turn to look at a sleeping girl and sticks there, if I fast forward it just scrolls back

Exactly the same for me, skyQ, plays for a few minutes and then a black screen. Ive tried deleting and downloading again but goes straight to the black screen.
