I personally think my second sky box needs replaced becaus it is very old and has been getting unfortunately, stuck and not functioning properly.

Is your second box a Sky+ box as you will be unable to replace it if it is as the viewing card you have can not be paired to a new Sky_ box so your only option is to upgrade to Sky Q.
