Current agreement for satellite distribution runs to 2028 (not 2025)

It's up to the owners of those channels to plan for the likely end of satellite television broadcasting to the UK in a few years time.
Some may simply disappear because they don't have sufficient audience to justify making new arrangements, while others will probably migrate to YouTube or similar hosting or leverage the increasing presence of IPTV on Freeview Play (and Freely)
For distribution on Glass/Stream they'd need to meet the technical, licensing and bureaucratic requirements which Sky insist upon for presence on that platform.

Licensing content for distribution in RoI (realistically to a very small audience) is a whole different project.
