Removing apps

I have just upgraded my phone which gives me paramount + for 12 months free. I can't share it as paramount+ is already on the tv as an app which was cancelled a long time ago. How would I remove the app on the tv or can anyone suggest how I connect my phone to the tv. Thanks in advance

@Derek1812 if you ,ean the app on your Sky Q or Sky Stream box, you can't remove it. If you mean your TV, I'd suggest referring to your TV manual.

Ok, so whatever Paramount+ log in details you used for your phone and to get the 12 months free, you can use this on Paramount+ in the apps section on Sky Q, Glass and Stream.

If you are already signed into Paramount+ on Sky, you can sign out:

1. Open Paramount+ app
2. Select your profile/name
3. Press the left arrow on your remote
4. Scroll down to Settings and select it
5. Scroll right and then select Sign Out. 
6. Then sign back in using the Paramount+ details you used when creating the account when you upgraded your phone.

However, if you have the Sky Cinema package, you get Paramount+ free for as long as you're subscribed. 

You also mentioned removing apps. You cannot add or remove apps on Sky. These are added and removed by Sky.

Log out of the Paramount+ app on the TV then log back in to it with the email address and password you set up for the new 12 months free account.
