You can get a new remote control in electronic stores and some supermarkets. Additionally, you can buy one online on the likes of Amazon or eBay. 

Also, you may be entitled to get one directly from Sky. You can go here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment and the select "No, I still need help" at the bottom and fill out the form.
