Red Button greyhounds on Sky Sports Racing

Has anybody noticed that on Sky Sports Racing Irish version the red button greyhound function how just leads to a blank screen when pressed. This function normally worked on all platforms including Sky+HD as the red button stream is still being broadcast from satellite on 11.934V. Hopefully this can be restored soon.

Not sure how helpful this will be, but I just tried it on the UK version and all that it shows is an SD static schedule of tomorrow's racing.

It mentioned Perry Barr, which has moved to Wolverhampton (Dunstall Park), so I'm not sure how up-to-date the schedule is.

Thanks for that, yes at 11pm approx it would be a static screen showing details of the next day's racing. That's confirms the issue is only with the Irish stream, as we get the Sky Sports loading screen and it just turns blank after that here. Hopefully as it's raised here now someone may be able to sort it hopefully.

The schedule sounds right as Perry Barr is still racing until Dunstall Park opens, which is curretly due to open in September.

I just tried it here (roi, sky q) and the coverage of the 19:49 from Swindon comes up

Before that was a race from Sunderland

Hi. 

In uk here and sky+HD box.

We have tried for a couple of weels now on a sunday to watch but it just shows sky sports screen for a few seconds and then a black screen. 

Hope it can be resolved.

Just seen in the Changes to the TV Guide - September 2025 thread that the red button greyhound service is closing on Monday next on all platforms. I imagine it will continue on https://greyhounds.attheraces.com

It is still active today on VirginMedia.
