@Bobby879 you should be able to use the sky go app to do this

@Bobby879  Depends on if you have Sky Q or Sky Stream as the legacy Sky Go app can't setup recordings on Sky Stream.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
