Recording programmes

I am moving from Virgin where I can record programmes to my box which will go when I move across. How do I record to a box something like a Humax with Sky?

You can only do this with a Sky Q box and to order this you will have to phone as it isn't possible to order it online.

Which, incidentally, is exactly the same as with Virgin Media where the default TV offering is now the non-recording Stream.

TV360, which records, is available on request via CS and at cost.
