My neighbour is attaching insulation cladding to their house. We live in a terraced property, and our satellite dish needs to be moved or adjusted to allow the cladding to be installed at the back of their house. Can I book an engineer to come out while the scaffolding is in place?

Depends, if the dish is for Sky Plus then this is unsupported and you'll need to find someone local to do the work
If it is a Sky Q dish then you'll need to phone Sky

Re: Re positioning the sattelite
If you have Sky Q Sky will charge in the region of £65 (so long as there's a suitable alternative location for the dish) for this so expect an independent satellite company to charge a similar amount if you have Sky+.
