It would help to state which TV box you have.  Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you connected the Q box to the new TV using an HDMI cable and have you selected the appropriate HDMI input on the TV using the TV remote control?

You've posted on here, Sky+ and Sky Q. So which do you have?

Re: Lost connection to second tv

My tv is in the living room and I don't have a 2nd tv. So an engineer is needed here.

As we 're customers here, we can't do that. Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ problems anyway, unless you have Sky Protect. Tell ud more about the problems you're having and we'll try to help.

You can find the number to call, via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home

But almost certainly you'll be wasting your time.

@Mayasi

You've posted multiple times on What's On, Sky+ and Sky Q. It's getting very confusing and you aren't reading the replies.

So which do you have?

@Mayasi  All your random posts across the community have been moved to this thread, it would help if you didn't post in random places, read the replies and tell the community which TV box you have.  So far posts have appeared on Sky+, Sky Q & Sky stream.

You can't have all three so please tell us what box you have then we can give you correct advise.

@Mayasi

And perhaps note that a generic IPTV box marked 'Sky' isn't anything to do with this forum: only the Sky Stream puck is a Sky Group product.
