Why hasn't sky informed its customers that full match (football) replays we're going to be replaced by inferior imho pathetic highlights?

My original reply still applies, Sky don't have to tell customers about every programme change. It isn't dishonest or a scam.

Making accusations like you have is serious especially when you are wrong and have no basis to make those accusations.
