Quest and Moto GP

MotoGP sprint races, on the Saturday of each Moto GP round, will be shown free to air on the Quest channel.

Quest will also broadcast two live (and free) MotoGP rounds. They also broadcast highlights through the week after a GP. My problem is that I have set to record the Quest Sprint and highlights showed but they are not available in my profile after recording.

What sky service have you?

Sky glass, sky stream? Etc?

How long has this problem been occurring?

I have Sky Stream, puck, it's been happening probably more than 2 months but only seems to be Quest and the Moto GP programs. Everything else seems okay.

I love my Motorspsort, but not a fan of the two wheel kind.

So, I have not done any add to playlist of this, as cloud recordings.

Not found Quest to be that bad for doing cloud recordings  in the past for other Motorosort offerings.
Mind, they do tend to drop off after a few months.

I have just done a search and under the Quest MotoGP, I found;

MotoGP Hungary Sprint round 14 highlights,  47 minutes

Moto GP Catalonia sprint round 15 highlights, 47 minutes  

Moto GP Sam Marino round 16 highlights, 46 minutes

Not sure how extensive that is to what is broadcast on the Quest channel?

The Quest offering is really just a taster of the Discovery+ TNT Sports full offering.

Your could try sending an email to the Sky Viewer relations team and ask what should be the expectations for the cloud recordings;

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries and do pass on to third parties for answers.

Did notice that the Discovery+ app had; 

San Marino, Catalonia, Hungary Austria, and Czechia 3-5 minutes highlights to view for free of the race and Sprint.

On Saturday morning I checked that the San Marino sprint was being broadcast live on Quest. I set it for cloud recording. Saturday evening after the programme had finished, nothing on my profile nothing to be found under search. What I did find was a list saying what was going to be screened this week. The sprint program was on this list but you couldn't click it. I tried again on the Monday evening highlights 10.00pm  programme but again the same issue as before.
