locking puck

every night at 23:00 I get a technical fault message come up onscreen, at the same time the remote cannot input anything to the puck, it freezes on the channel I had been watching and will not let me change to anything else, It gets stuck on the channel that was being viewd and will not change to another channel or anything on my playlist

If it's every night at the same time then it must be a localised issue. Tracking it down will be difficult as it could be a number of things.
