Problem with multi room

We have multi room and the tv upstairs keeps cutting out this has been happening now for nearly a year. We turn it off all is good then it happens again. As I pay a lot off money for this I'm finding this very frustrating

Do you have Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky stream?
