The first quarter of an hour or so has been odd for Practice2
It has returned to around the track action now.
It was not cctv, just mostly a single camera focussing on one straight and corner, with some pretty poor camera work panning in and out and poor following of the cars and some heavy camera jolts up/down/left and right at times.
Yes the commentary team must have been seeing a different feed at that time to what was actually being broadcast.
Your best bet to get this passed on to Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

They do respond to emails and often will pass onto third parties involved, in this case the Fox commentary and production team that are supplying the action.
Im sure though that Fox were aware there was a temporary issue.
