Picture keeps freezing or going grey!!!
Mum has had sky for two weeks, and already she's having viewing issues. The picture either freezes or goes grey. I reset the internet like I was advised by the sky bot but it's not fixed the issue? Has anyone else got or had this problem? How did your fix it?

@Patty22 You've posted this on the Sky Go app board, what are the watchung TV on, Sky Q or Sky Stream?
