Morning, can I ask that this request gets passed to your I.t or technical team please.
When having to input passwords for Sky, your up and down wheel of uppercase lowercase and numbers etc takes ages to go through.
Would it be possible for you to show a full keyboard that customers then click on. This would prove to be much user friendly and also allow better passwords to be used as opposed to ones that are easy due to the wheel style.
