Paramount+

I recently upgraded to sky cinema which gave me paramount for free but for a month now I can't get into it I've spoken to so many people at sky telling me the old one has been removed which is stopping me from getting in and each time I've been lied too I even have a email telling me they were going to remove the old one but clearly hasn't I'm at my wits end and it's sky last person literally said they don't have the answer terrible service . Has anyone else had this or know what to do thanks

So you activated it and it has been working but now it has stopped and asks you to ugrade, is this is what is happening as it isn't clear from what you have said what is happening ?

Just to make sure, you do have to through this process:

For Sky Q:

Go to Apps on your Sky Q box and select the Paramount+ app. Or say Paramount+ into your voice remote.

Open the Paramount+ app and click Paramount+.

Then select the following subscription from the list shown:

• Paramount+ with Sky Cinema

At the ‘Check your order’ stage, you can review the subscription you’ve chosen and view the T&Cs. If you’re happy with your choice, press Continue.

Enter your Sky TV PIN to confirm the purchase.

1. A message should appear to confirm your subscription choice.

For Sky Glass/Stream:

Go to My Sky, then click Sky Shop and select the Paramount+ app. Or, say "Get Paramount Plus" into your Sky remote.

Open the Paramount+ app and click Paramount+.

Then select the following subscription from the list shown:

• Paramount+ with Sky Cinema

At the ‘Check your order’ stage, you can review the subscription you’ve chosen and view the T&Cs. If you’re happy with your choice, press Continue.

Enter your Sky TV PIN to confirm the purchase.
