Says internet then says sorry it's a fault then the code 33003 fed up I had a lot of trouble with sky a then told to get sky stream now the apps are always playing up and sometimes no sounds and then pictures jumps I am sick of sky and I am going to try and get it cancelled now even though I been a loyal customers it's gone so down hill and I am sick of paying for something that doesn't work rubbish service

  @Traceyfowler Before you ditch Sky, you say " the apps ( plural ) are always playing up ". Are you having issues with more than one app, or is it only Paramount+? Because if it is only with Paramount+, their app is notorious for being glitchy. I used it recently for two different shows &  constantly had different issues with it, whether I used it via my Smart TV app or the app via my Sky Q box. Therefore, it is Paramount+ that is causing the issues & not Sky. I did manage a fix in the end. I reinstalled the P+ app on my TV. Maybe give that a try?
