Paramount+ is an app, not a channel.
Like all streaming platforms, they do regularly add and remove content, so it's not guaranteed that something you want to watch in the future will still be available on that platform.

The only way to (nearly) guarantee viewing is to purchase physical media, i.e. DVD or Blu-ray. As @MarkGoldsmith indicates, streaming service distribution rights are transitory unless the platform is owned by the studio which made the content: for example Disney films on Disney+
Paramount Global owns media created by Paramount Studios (for example the Transformers, Mission: Impossible, and Star Trek franchises) but they also rent content for time-limited distribution to subscribers.
