Your best bet if this in your view affected your broadcast viewing of the incident is to email  Sky by sending an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
ViewerR@sky.uk
They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.

If you wish to forward your complaint to the event organisers, send an email to the USGA

Their contact emails for differing subjects is here;

Give them something to aim for and tell them "you can act like the world number one, when you are the world number one"

@LesleyDenning19  Bit confused, what has this to do with Sky?  They have no control over any golfer or members of the public.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@LesleyDenning19

Show them the footage and say "this isn't the way to behave".

Sky have no influence on player's behaviour.

@LesleyDenning19

It's very similar for coaches running youth / children's football teams. Some of the behaviour seen every week of professional players arguing with officials, fighting and generally throwing a tantrum is equally poor behaviour to say the least, but a TV broadcaster can't be held responsible for those actions.
