Paramount +

I can't get into my paramount +(the blue screen with paramount+ comes on) then 
I have a black screen with a rotating white circle? and can't get any further.
It was fine the last time I used it. Unless it's because I have changed to fibre. Yet another thing gone wrong since I did that 🤨

any ideas how I can get it working again. 
I have tried the online suggestions but obviously I am not clever enough to do this.

Eureka,  finally in desparation switched everything off, left for 10 mins , switched back on and paramount + working again?
