Paramount + wrong region

My Paramount + app has stopped working and is telling me I'm in the US so can't show content. Doesn't work on TV or phone. All other Tv streaming apps working fine.

I removed the app and reinstalled but nothing. Not sure what to do next

What device are you using? You cannot remove and reinstall apps on Sky hardware. 
Are you running a VPN on the device you are using? 
If you have Paramount+ as part of your Sky subscription then you can only use it to log in to the UK Paramount+ app. If you've accidentally downloaded the US version to your device then it will not work. 
Also make sure that your ISP has allocated you a UK IP address. If the app thinks you are outside the UK then it will not work.

Thanks BenJoBanjo - sorry I removed it from my phone not the TV! Then I turned off the WiFi and it worked on my phone.
I don't use a vpn but for some reason my isp was a US address? I turned the broadband off for an hour and it seems fine now. Just never had this issue before!

No problem. It happens sometimes with some ISPs who don't supply customers with a fixed IP address. Glad it's working now.
