As below there's two threads. I contacted the values team who acknowledged there's still an issue across 7 different incidents/channels. I gave up on paramount plus but got money off my other packages. I now pay via paramount plus but get a few wood off sky. Still no comms which is rubbish

Still having paramount issues , I cannot activate, paramount saying my account has expired, but it's active with sky ! 

no one has resolved it ! It needs sorting now ! Not later but now

What was the result of your Escalation chat as just saying you're still not happy tells us nothing really.

See posts 4 and 5 from 29 January. If you didn't engage in it the invite will have automatically closed by now.

 

If I escalate it again are you going to chat to Sky?

So @caesarome has again escalated this to Sky and their Community Messaging Team should make contact with you later.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
