To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

So it's not a paramount issue it's a sky issue. I raised a complaint via the contact us option on sky pages and got a reply in 12 hours! Not a resolution - but at least someone's talking to me. If not resolved I've told them to cancel the whole contract as the service has been shocking. See my other post. Keep asking /talking to them .
